Retail brand Clas Ohlson has chosen Zenith as their new media agency in Norway after three years with IUM.

“A great acknowledgment and milestone for us,” says chairman Tim Nilo.

Clas Ohlson Norway celebrates its 100th anniversary this year and Ina Kristin Haugen Marketing and Communications Manager at Clas Ohlson is pleased with the choice of new agency. “We quickly realized our fantastic chemistry with the team and feel comfortable Zenith will help us to grow in the next 100 years to come”.

“The Norwegian part of the company accounts for approximately 3 billion annually, and is one of the largest retail chains in the Norwegian market. We selected Zenith after a comprehensive pitch process,” explains Haugen. She continues: “Zenith delivered consistently and their commitment to Clas Ohlson was clear. They have solid expertise in both retail and digital”.

Tim Nilo, MD Zenith Norway, looks forward to taking on the task:

“We really believe Clas Ohlson and Zenith are a perfect match and could not be happier! Retail is an industry with major upheavals, which means a lot of opportunities and, not least, challenges for us. At the same time, Clas Ohlson has shown an impressive pace of innovation and ability to change over the last hundred years. I’m absolutely convinced that we’re going to create some amazing work in the time to come!

Clas Ohlson has been operating in Norway since 1991 and has 87 stores throughout the country as of 1 February this year. Zenith is a part of Publicis Media, also consists of the media agency Starcom and the advertising agency New Work.
